Job Description

Job Summary The Construction Laborer performs a variety of physical tasks to support construction projects from groundbreaking through completion. This role requires stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew on commercial job sites. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and obstructions
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist skilled tradespeople including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, and temporary structures
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools (shovels, jackhammers, drills, etc.)
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, or other materials
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols
• Maintain tools and equipment in clean, working condition
• Perform other duties as assigned by the foreman or site supervisor

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and perform strenuous physical labor
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well on a team

• Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
• Working at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
• Exposure to dust, noise, and outdoor elements
