Finally, we have one of the nicest and newest automotive shops in central Wisconsin to comfortably work in. We know everyone’s career path is different and would explore technicians with alternative backgrounds as well. We have quite possibly the most technician friendly pay plan in the industry. You are guaranteed for all of your hours worked here. But, you also have a huge upside with bonus pay. We even offer a weekly tool credit allowance for our technicians to help cover tool costs. This pay plan was designed alongside our current technicians and is technician approved. We are looking for a skilled technician. As a result, this would be a very high end paying job for this position. Finally, on top of our 401k program, we invest in a profit sharing retirement plan for all of our employees as well as a bonus retirement plan for our long-term technicians. We aim to take care of our employees not only while they're working here, but after they're retired as well.
