Malloy Chevrolet of Charlottesville is seeking a motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. This role involves presenting financing options and aftermarket products while ensuring full compliance with regulations. You'll collaborate with sales to maximize profitability and deliver a transparent, customer-focused experience. Strong communication, organization, and integrity are essential in this fast-paced role. Finance & Insurance Manager Benefits: * Competitive Pay based on experience * Health, Medical and Dental * 401K Plan * Paid time off and vacation * Growth opportunities * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Family owned and operated * Long term job security * Flexible working hours Finance & Insurance Manager Responsibilities: * Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration * Track portfolio with lenders * Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals * Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines * Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals * Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service * Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods * Set and maintain finance department work schedule Finance & Insurance Manager Requirements: * Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent * Prior automotive Finance & Insurance Manager experience required

• Prior Chevy experience a plus
• Routeone experience a plus
