Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Fleet and Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily dispatch, tracking, and logging of our company's Dump Trucks, Rolloff Trucks, and other related vehicles. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous logistics experience is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a growing business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
salary: $64,000 - $64,500 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Dispatch trucks daily using our dispatch software, ensuring timely delivery to scheduled locations while assisting drivers as needed.
- Coordinate the scheduling of materials with our partners, including Ready Mix Concrete Plants, construction and demolition contractors, and homeowners.
- Perform various reporting and administrative tasks related to fleet operations.
- Generate sales orders for deliveries, dumpsters, flatbeds, and other services.
- Assist in managing vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation to ensure compliance with state and DOT regulations.
