As an American Airlines flight attendant, safety is your top priority. You’ll elevate the customer experience by making people feel welcomed, supported and cared for throughout their journey. You’ll read the moment, respond with empathy, and communicate with clarity and care—whether you’re welcoming someone on board or helping them through an unexpected change to their itinerary.
\nYour crew and customers count on you to show up on time and ready, represent American with pride every time you put on the uniform, and be someone others can trust to do what’s right, every time.
