As a Maintenance Crew Member, you are the backbone of our field operations. Working as part of a dedicated crew, you will: - Maintain High-End Properties: Perform lawn care including precision mowing, edging, line trimming, and clean-up using commercial-grade equipment.
- Horticultural Care: Execute seasonal shrub and small tree pruning, rose/perennial care, planting, and targeted weed/fertilizer applications.
- Site Pride: Keep all job sites clean, safe, and professional while assisting with seasonal installations.
- Team Execution: Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew members and clients to complete daily job targets efficiently.
- Equipment Care: Safely and efficiently operate top-tier commercial landscape equipment and tools.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Work Ethic & Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and physically able to perform active outdoor work in all Southern Oregon weather conditions (lifting, bending, standing).
- Experience: Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred, but we will train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus and qualifies candidates for a higher starting pay rate .
- Team-First Attitude: Willingness to learn, take direction, and work effectively as part of a supportive crew.
