Mail Sorter/General Labor associate - Fort Worth
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Mail Sorter/General Labor associate to work with a leading logistics company in Fort Worth. This is a physically active, fast-paced warehouse role ideal for candidates who thrive in hands-on fulfillment environments and take pride in handling premium consumer goods, specifically Nespresso coffee products.
Shift Patterns
Monday to Friday 4:30 AM- 2:30 PM
Pay Rates
17.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Ability to stand on feet throughout the entire shift
Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs continuously
Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish between product lines and SKU barcodes
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass standard pre-employment screening
Desirable requirements for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, kitting, or general labor involving fast-moving consumer packaged goods
Experience operating handheld RF inventory scanners
Role for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate
Rapidly inspect, sort, and organize coffee capsule sleeves, machines, and accessories by SKU or shipping destination
Use RF handheld scanners to record serial numbers and verify quantities against shipping orders
Assemble coffee bundles, place items into outbound shipping boxes, and apply shipping labels
Palletize cartons, apply stretch wrap, and stage completed pallets using manual pallet jacks
Check packages for product seal integrity and damaged packaging prior to final shipment
Maintain a clean work area and strictly adhere to facility policies and safety guidelines
Location : Fort Worth. The position is based on-site in South Fort Worth.
