You Will

* Lead concept development and schematic design

* Guide design direction through documentation + delivery

* Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, and project teams

* Produce design presentations and visualizations

* Mentor junior and mid-level designers

What You Bring

* 10+ years architecture/design experience

* Proven background delivering commercial or institutional projects

* Strong design portfolio demonstrating innovation + problem-solving

* Advanced Revit and SketchUp skills (other software a plus)

* Excellent client-facing communication

Bonus Skills

* Professional license or actively pursuing

* Experience with design-build or integrated project teams

* Portfolio including sustainable or innovative building solutions
