-No experience required. We'll train you on the tools and the routes.
-This is a seasonal winter role (roughly November through April) with on-call storm response: nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts when snow hits.
-The physical stamina to shovel, salt, and snow-blow for extended periods outdoors in cold, snow, and ice.
-A valid driver's license is a plus, but not required.
-Strong seasonal pay starting at $25/hr.
-Uniforms and PPE provided.
-Overtime paid at time-and-a-half for hours over 40 in a week.
-A real path to year-round work: strong seasonal crew members can move into summer roles in lawn maintenance, landscaping, hardscape, or skid steer operation, based on experience and fit.
-While part time roles do not include benefits, moving to full time would make you eligible for a 401(k) with company match, plus health, dental, life and disability insurance.
